For Our Buyers Program we offer the following:

1. All buyers receive a basic home warranty – free
2. All buyers receive either:
a. A gift certificate to use for home improvements etc. or
b. A credit on commission at the close of escrow
3. All buyers receive a one-year subscription to the local Nevada City newspaper – The Union – free
4. We pledge to attend all inspections and signings of related documentation
5. We help secure a pre approval letter for those who will be financing their purchase.
Note: You will be in a much stronger position if you have the letter at the time you make your offer.

Sellers Program

We market on the MLS listing service for Nevada County and Sutter and Yuba Counties.

For our Sellers Program we offer the following:

1. Point of entry staging – trimming of trees – shrubs – arranging plants on front porch – creating that important 1st impression.
2. A gift certificate towards interior staging or clean up of your home or property.
3. Numerous tips and ideas are available to our sellers on how to obtain top dollar for your home.
4. We are skilled negotiators who do everything possible to insure your success.
5. You receive the expertise of two experienced agents working together with you to make your transaction experience a timely and profitable one.
