We discovered the magic of this area many years ago and have been property owners in Nevada County since 1974.

Bill brings a strong background in leadership and sales to his clients. Formerly he was National Sales Officer of Elma Electronics and a business owner and president of a service company in San Jose, California. He furthermore brings an attitude of teaching, encouraging and helping his clients from his years as a public school teacher in San Jose, California and Nevada Joint Union High School District here in Nevada County.

Joyce grew up in the San Francisco bay area and attended San Jose State University. Bill attended at the same time but as fate would have it they did not meet until many years later. Joyce's business experience is as a corporate officer of a software company that has since been sold. After selling her company she was a private contractor for several small businesses on the San Francisco Peninsula. She set up inventory control systems and accounting processes.

Bill and Joyce spent their first years in Nevada County renovating and improving a large horse operation near Penn Valley. Realizing how much they loved the area, its beauty, and its wonderful community of people they decided to share with others their enthusiasm for this unique living experience. Real Estate became the logical choice since they had gained much experience in buying and selling properties as they enjoyed their ranch.
